SHIPPING & EXCHANGE POLICY
- Any postage related to returned items is paid by Pasha
- If an item is returned it will go through three stages
- Checked by the Sales team
- Check by the Production team
- If fault cannot be determined then the returned item is sent to the lab for testing.
- If after the checking process it is determined that the returned item is damaged because of a fault at Pasha’s end, the damaged article will be exchanged free of cost for a new one.
- If the damage to the item is because the necessary precautions were not followed, then it will be sent back as it is, since Pasha is not liable for that damage.
