SHIPPING & EXCHANGE POLICY
Any postage related to returned items is paid by Pasha
If an item is returned it will go through three stages
If after the checking process it is determined that the returned item is damaged because of a fault at Pasha’s end, the damaged article will be exchanged free of cost for a new one.
If the damage to the item is because the necessary precautions were not followed, then it will be sent back as it is, since Pasha is not liable for that damage.

- If fault cannot be determined then the returned item is sent to the lab for testing.
